  We go to this Starbucks and get hot chocolate for my daughter. The past few times, they have drawn little pictures on the cup, which excites my daughter...and wife. Awesome service through and through.

  Ordered at Drive-through... Received the wrong order and I politely expressed this to the overachiever at the window who, instead of Fixing my Coffee, retorted "I repeated your order to you..." When actually she may have done so but still handed me something I clearly did not order, considering my Coffee was supposed to be 'iced' not 'hot'...
  Every Starbucks I've been to seems to employ some really pretentious people... But this particular counter person really needs to reign in her 'tude'...
  Or find a job in daycare, I don't know...
