  Usually fantastically slow. One time I could have sworn it took over 20 minutes--a sit down restaurant nearby may have been faster. No quality issues with the food, though a couple winters ago the property was quite treacherous with neglected ice.

  Sitting in drive thru, a bus full of hs students pulled up and we sat at the speaker for 5 - 10min.. obviously the hs students were a priority over the drive thru

  I'm not usually one to be complaining about something, however today i went to the drive thru, there was no one in front of me and only 1 car behind me at lunch time (which i've been there with long long lines. The lady at window 1 was polite but not overly friendly and the woman who handed me my food at window 2 came off as rude and snobby.
  She didn't greet me, basically threw my food at me and shut the window before I could ask for additional condiments. No "have a nice day", thank you or a smile even. Now my stomach feels sour and i feel ill.
